Located in a beautifully landscaped and maintained complex in colonia Allende, this charming, comfortable casita with a covered verandah that faces the sunny garden and fountain is a perfect vacation spot for one or two couples savoring the good life in San Miguel. Available year round, the handsome interiors include two master bedroom suites, one queen bedroom and one twin-bedded. There is one large bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms, with large walk in shower and a half bath downstairs. Both bedroom suites have windows with wooden shutters and balconies with comfortable seating areas facing onto the downstairs garden.

The living room with its handsome fireplace is beautifully decorated with artwork and artifacts acquired both in Mexico and while the owners lived in the Middle East. A very comfortable upholstered sofa and chairs flank the fireplace. The modern kitchen has everything you need for ease of meal preparation, including staples and spices. The filtered/purified/softened water system throughout the casita eliminates the need and bother of bottled water. And the cozy dining area with its view of the garden is a tranquil and lovely setting for intimate dinners, or, for entertaining. Located on the outdoor patio are table and chairs for those who enjoy dining al fresco.

Throughout the house are lovely design elements on the walls and in unexpected niches. Each bedroom has perfectly complementary colored and styled bedding, luxurious sheets and towels(all purchased in the US with high quality thread count). The baths (and the sparkling kitchen!) are a marvel of Mexican artistry tile work-- again, decorated with interesting art objects.
