Straight ahead, pass under the arbor and enjoy the sense of sanctuary provided by the burbling fountain, umbrella table and chairs, and flowers and greenery of the patio of Casita Anna.

Up a few steps from the patio, you pass the guest bathroom on the right and enter the high-ceilinged, comfortable living room with fireplace, banks of windows and French doors on either side, decorated by paintings of the original artist-owner. Up a staircase is the roof terrace, with its wonderful view of "The Three Sisters" as well as the nearby rooftops and church domes of downtown San Miguel.

The complete, old timey kitchen is furnished with small microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans, silver and glassware. Accessible from either the kitchen or the patio, the main bedroom has a double bed, accents of white lamp and chandelier, as well as a desk and chair. A short hall with basin for the bathroom leads to the study/bedroom with a single bed and its own exit onto the patio. The connecting tiled bathroom has both a tub and shower.

The maid comes 5 days a week to clean or tend to linens. The housekeeper Elena Galvan stops by every day to check on things. There is an internet connection available (extra charge), as well as cable TV. One small to medium-sized dog is welcome.
