Comprised of two separate houses (Casita Anna, Casita Maria), Casa AnnaMaria has an old world charm about it. Once the beloved residence of a local artist, her paintings of local subjects are found throughout the two story home. Her daughter now offers the house for rent.

The charming central patio features a fountain, verdant vines and flowering plants surrounding the umbrella table and chairs. There are two kitchens (each quite large, each with a patio for outside dining) and two large living rooms. There are a total of four bedrooms: one king, one double, one with two twins, and one single. They share 2 full bathrooms with tubs and showers, and 2 half bathrooms off the two living rooms. There are two telephone lines and an internet connection (if you wish to pay US$60/month for it) and 2 cable TVs. The maid comes 5 days per week, while the housekeeper/manager stops by every weekday afternoon to check on things and tend to the plants.
