Step into heaven right here on earth! In the heart of the centro, just a block and a half from El Jardin and La Parroquia, a brand new beautiful 3-bedroom house called Casa Carolina del Sur awaits. Splendidly comfortable and charmingly decorated, all of San Miguel is at your feet – an easy walk to everywhere!

The charming entry garden with tinkling fountain and outdoor dining space runs alongside the living room, dining room and kitchen. At the foot of the garden is a gracious, inviting king-sized bedroom with bath (with tub) ensuite – great for those who prefer a bedroom on the entry level floor, no steps to climb! Note: for those preferring twin bed accommodations just let us know in advance as all king beds at the house can be made into twins.

Comfort and relaxation are key at Casa Carolina. The overstuffed sofas and chairs of the living room face the fireplace, and above, a special compartment concealing all the electronic wizardry needed for satellite televison and dvd – watching. Through the archway is the dining room, with seating for 8 and a treasure trove of china, glassware and handsome silver service – perfect for entertaining at dinner parties with its proximity to the kitchen, and proudly looked after by the 5 ½ day services of housekeeper Berta…who not only keeps everything in the house sparkling, but can cook for you, too.

The kitchen itself is complete with every amenity, including a dishwasher and chef’s range and frig. There is a purified water system throughout the house, including all water used in the kitchen and, of course, the ice cubes in the frig!

The second floor is reached by comfortable easy access stairs and boasts a covered outdoor sala for lounging, relaxing and playing games – plus an umbrelled terrace with pots of flowering plants off the master king-sized bedroom!

A third bedroom, called the Rose Queen bedroom suite, is across the hallway.

Follow the hallway past the Rose Bedroom toward the roof terrace and you will come to a very important room known as “Berta’s Office” – this room contains the laundry facilities, including washer and dryer, handwashing and ironing space—and an employee’s bathroom.

At the end of this corridor is the Roofdeck Terrace – another private world for relaxing. Trees and flowering plants are the backdrop to comfortable chaise lounges and another umbrella table – perfect for sunning, sipping your cool drink, reading and enjoying the fabulous views of San Miguel’s La Parroquia church spires. One of the great pleasures of Casa Carolina are the individual private outdoor spaces – no matter how energetic your family/friends group, those who wish can always find a hideaway of quiet either in the house or in the separate outdoor areas.
