This lovely, welcoming 3 bedroom house will make your stay in San Miguel a blissful summertime experience throughout the fall, winter and spring season! Set in a sunny, private gated cul de sac, Casa Verano’s spacious, charmingly decorated rooms offer a relaxing and tranquil Colonial –era atmosphere, but complete with every up-to-date comfort and convenience you’ll need to make your vacation in San Miguel the perfect getaway!

Step from the street door into a beautifully landscaped garden entry – on your right is the path leading to a side patio with chaise lounges and beyond that, just around a corner, table and chairs for al fresco entertaining…As you enter the front door of the house you will see that Casa Verano’s floor plan offers total living convenience “all on one floor”, if desired, as the master bedroom suite is tucked away behind the high-ceilinged “great room” which consists of the living room, television alcove and dining room. If guests are expected as a part of your vacation stay, there are two additional bedroom suites upstairs off the second floor balcony.

The handsome canterra fireplace in the formal living room is flanked by overstuffed sofas and chairs. Beyond is the television alcove with another sofa facing the large flat-screened TV and shelves holding the owner’s collection of interesting and colorful folkart sculptures and textiles. Next comes the formal dining room, with seating for up to 8 or 10. The dining room faces the rear garden which includes a covered outdoor sala for shaded al fresco dining, entertaining – or game playing!!

Adjoining the living room, but tucked away, is the master bedroom suite with its opulent king sized bed and handsome, comfortable furnishings. A luxurious bath with whirlpool tub and shower is next to the bedroom, along with large walk-in closets. Next to the master bedroom suite is a cozy, secluded study/office with computer desk, WIFI , and another comfortable sofa.

To the right of the dining room is a totally modern chefs kitchen you’ll fall in love with, completely equipped with all appliances and utensils, china and glassware - plus stainless steel frig with icemaker, garbage disposal, 6-burner stove, and a two-seated breakfast bar!

A graceful stairway from the living room leads to the second floor balcony, off this are two more bedrooms– one decorated in tones of blue/green with a queen sized bed and the other a coral and peach paradise with twin beds (which can be made into a king if desired). In between these two bedrooms is a large bath with sunflower showerhead in a shower space big enough or two!

Guadalupe, Casa Verano’s smiling, helpful housekeeper will look after the house and keep it sparkling for you 2 days each week. A laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing equipment is conveniently located off the second floor balcony. Adan, the gardener, cares for the plantings on patios and terraces another two days per week– so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your own private “summer house” all spring, fall and winter long. Workers have their own bathroom and tool closet located in the side garden.
