a five minute walk from the town center and steps from
the Parque Juarez, this home, surrounded by a lush garden,
provides a peaceful retreat from the busy world of San
Miguel. Floor to ceiling windows flood both the living
room and dining room with light. Colorful walls and
furnishings provide a striking setting for the owner/artist's
remarkable paintings. The huge kitchen has a large eating
area tucked into a bay window overlooking the garden,
as well as a pantry with side-by-side refrigerator and
purified water tap.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, walk-in closet,
en suite bath, fireplace with gas jets, and French
doors on to the patio. Across the patio is the guest
bedroom (with two twin beds or king, if preferred)
and bath, plus the study with a comfortable double
hide-a-bed for the occasional guest If you bring
your laptop, you can plug into the high speed cable
modem in the study. On the roof is a wonderful terrace
for viewing the sunset.

Behind the house in the garden is a lovely outside
dining area with gas grill. The home also features
a garage, internet connection, maid 6 days a week,
gardener 3 times a week, and a professional manager.
Sorry, absolutely no pets permitted. The house is
not suitable for young children.
