The light and bright apartment has an 18 ft. bedroom with king sized bed and three south facing windows, a large living/dining room with three exposures and great views of downtown and the cathedral spire.

Conveniently located: 10 minute walk to town and to the botanical garden, 20 minute walk (take taxi back for US $2.00) to mall with supermarket and movie theaters, and 5 minute walk to health club / swimming pool.

There is a compact, but well-equipped kitchen with hand painted dishes, all minor appliances and pots and pans and a tiled bathroom with soaking tub, tree-shaded bay window, and shower. Couch in the living room opens to double bed for occasional guests, tile floors and custom cabinetry throughout. Furnished in casual style with Mexican handwoven fabrics, curtains and drapes.

Outside, there is an entry terrace with dining table and chairs and a view over back yard; up a story is a roof-top terrace with 360 degree views and cocktail table and chairs. Rental includes all utilities up to $25/wk, $75/month, private phone that is also used for your dial-up Internet connection, cable TV (ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN included), maid service twice weekly, gardener to care for potted plants, manager/owner lives on site.

Sleeps 2 (+2 on hideabed). Can be rented with Los Golondrinas (access
through balcony) and would then sleep 4 (+2 on hideabed)
