Casa Conchita has comfortable upholstered sofas and chairs in the living room with a lovely fireplace, television and stereo. Both dining and living room face the backyard patio with its large fountain and beautiful landscaping – and al fresco dining for 4. The dining room can comfortably seat 6. In the kitchen there is a gas stove with oven, frig and microwave, coffee pot and cuisinart – and more.

The enclosed stairway to the second floor opens up to a sitting room, lined with bookshelves. Off this is a large bedroom with queen sized bed and adjoining bath with tub and shower. The bedroom has its own fireplace, ceiling fan, satellite tv and private terrace. There is also a study with private bath on the second floor.

The third floor has an office with internet access and a king-sized bedroom with large-screen satellite tv. A spacious terrace on the 3rd floor has a small kitchen, with sink, frig and stove and dining table and chairs. This floor also contains the laundry room with washer and dryer.

There is a bedroom with queen sized futon and full bath on the top floor of the house, with spectacular views of the Parroquia, Bellas Artes and other historic San Miguel landmarks – enjoy evenings complete with fireworks and all, right from your own terrace!
