This beautifully furnished and maintained vacation home is a delight – deeply hued painted walls in warm and vibrant tones show off the owners distinctive collection of sculptures, ceramics, paintings and other handsome works of art. Comfortable sofas and chairs grace the living room which offers a view of the entry garden and an indoor fountain and small garden, beautifully tiled and landscaped.

The dining room, with seating for six or eight, is adjacent to the living room and overlooks the interior courtyard patio and garden. Wrought iron table and chairs under a flowered trellis provide tranquil, al fresco dining, year round.

The kitchen is totally modern with all the conveniences necessary for entertaining as well as for family dining. A breakfast area is included within the kitchen space and there is a glass door leading to the courtyard patio.

The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor, with dramatically painted walls and décor, the comfortable king sized bed faces the fireplace and television. A delicately porcelain tiled bath, featuring tub and shower, and more garden plantings adjoins the master bedroom.

Upstairs on the second floor is the guest bedroom suite with twin beds covered in a blue and white toile pattern, their headboards resting against a deep blue wall with dramatic inset oriel window. Just off this twin bedded room is a covered terrace with built in cushioned sofas and coffee tables. You and your guests will enjoy sunset views at cocktail time from this comfortable, private, terrace.
