An artistic fantasy sums up this small but elegant gem of a house that’s just steps away from El Jardin and everything in el centro!  Casa Inclusiva began life in the Colonial era, so it’s thick walls, casement windows and unexpected corners and crannies have an old-fashioned charm not found in modern houses – but it’s been brought up to date in all matters of convenience and comfort. The lushly decorated living room and the dining area beyond with its old world chandelier and small gas-lit fireplace are perfect for relaxing and entertaining.  Beyond is an interior courtyard patio which contains a separate guest room with a futon bed and adjoining small bathroom.


Through the Mexican tiled kitchen is a stairway that takes you to the second level and a small computer room with fireplace – beyond that is a sunny, cozy reading corner that overlooks the second floor terrace and its dramatically tiled ornamental garden pool. The master bedroom has a canopied queen-sized bed that practically guarantees a wonderful night’s sleep. Another stair leads up to the third floor rooftop deck, and a “crow’s nest” bedroom with its own fireplace. On the terrace are the enclosed  toilet, plus sink vanity and shower cunningly concealed amid flowering plants, trees and vines. 

Casa Inclusiva is available all throughout the year.

Rates (in US Dollars):

$2,000 per month
Includes utility allowance of $75 per month and Maid Service two times per week.

$ 750 per week
Includes utility allowance of $50 per week and Maid Service two times per week.

Holidays - Please add 20% to rental rates.
