This 4 bedroom, 5.5 baths house sleeps 2 to 10. A pool, plus a hot tub, make it a marvelous spa retreat. The old-world colonial charm of grey stone walls, flowering vines, and handsome architectural details offer luxurious comfort and quiet elegance throughout the 5,000 sq. ft. of this newly constructed, spacious and romantic villa. Terraces on each of the 4 levels of the house have breathtaking views of San Miguel’s horizon and distant blue hills.

At the poolside level of the house is a cozy study/television room set up for internet access. A queen sized bedroom with bath ensuite adjoins the television room. Also on this level is a powder room plus the laundry with washer/dryer. On the second level, which is the entry or front-door level, there are two more queen bedrooms, each with their own bath, plus another sitting room with television.

The 3rd level of the house has a powder room, and the large, eat-in kitchen, is fully equipped with dishwasher, stainless steel frig and stove and all necessary appliances. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining room – and beyond that is the spacious formal living room with handsomely upholstered couches and chairs flanking the carved mantel of the fireplace. Paintings and sculpture decorate the walls. A full length terrace runs along the length of the dining room and living room.

On the top level of the house there is a spacious twin-bedded bedroom and bath and entry to the large roofdeck seating area complete with bar sink for entertaining. All the terraces of the house are perfect for sunset watching.
