The dining room is on a level above the living room so it becomes a “stage” overlooking the living room, verandah and magnificent views. The beautiful refectory table seats 14 very comfortably. On the first floor, the outdoor verandah which surrounds the house on two sides and overlooks the swimming pool and grounds is complete with lounging furniture and tables and chairs for game playing, al fresco dining, etc. Other amenities include a portable barbecue for poolside chefs at the end of the section about dining and entertaining.

There are five view-inspiring bedrooms, each with own private bath and balcony or terrace or private lounging. As Casa Magnifica sits on its own little hill, the views are of the twinkling lights and church spires of SanMiguel, trees, flowers and the distant blue mountains beyond. The sunsets make every evening special-- whether you are watching solo or entertaining friends!)

Entertaining couldn’t be more fun – brand new stainless steel side by side frig, purified water, stainless stove, dishwasher-washer and dryer, plus the help of smiling Adriana who comes three 5 times a week (unless you would like her to come more often)…all in all a magnificent house in a magnificent place – Casa Magnifica.

Rates (in US Dollars):

Monthly:
$6,500 to $7,500 per month depending on number of guests.
Includes utilities up to $100 per month and staff five times per week.

Weekly:
$2,500 to $3,500 per week depending on number of guests.
Includes utilities up to $50 per week and staff five times per week.

Holidays - Please add 20% to rental rates.
