Casa Panoramica is charmingly decorated with leather and soft nubby fabric upholstered furniture. There are three (plus) bedrooms, king-sized, queen sized and twin-bedded. Its many conveniences include a chef’s dream kitchen complete with dishwasher, frig with purified water for ice cubes, stainless steel stove and complete sets of cookware, fine china and glassware – everything you need for entertaining or enjoyable family meals. The dramatic dining room has a beautiful hardwood table and seating for 8 to 10 in highbacked leather chairs. To the left of the dining room is the living room with comfortable chairs and sofa which flank the corner fireplace and casement windows with flower boxes look out onto the quiet cobblestoned street. On the other side of the dining room is a cozy television room and study. Upstairs on the second floor are two bedrooms, each with its own bath –in addition to the beautifully appointed shower and lavatory fixtures, the master bath features a magnificent jetted European bathtub that promises to be as relaxing as a day at the spa! Each of the bedrooms have their own private terraces. Up on the third floor the guest suite with its soothing quiet colors has a sitting room with fireplace, large screened TV and behind a wall cabinet is a built in convenience bar with its very own sink/frig/coffee and tea pot. Directly off the sitting room is the comfortable queen sized bedroom and luxurious adjoining bath. This suite faces onto the roofdeck with its expansive views of the town – and one flight above that is the sunset deck for your cocktail hour and the most dramatic sunsets San Miguel has to offer! Other amenities include television in the downstairs study and in every bedroom, a purified water system throughout the house, washer and dryer, and of course, maid service.
