Located on a dead end street in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with artist studios and local tiendas nearby, Casa Rosal is an oasis of privacy and comfort, perfect for a reunion of old friends or a family gathering. Not far from the Instituto, it is about an to 8 to 10 minute walk to El Jardin and La Parroquia.

The house has three stories and includes a two-story casita, separated from the main house by a garden. The casita has its own small well-equipped kitchen with frig and stove and microwave. The adjacent sitting room has a futon, fireplace and cable tv. On the second floor is the casita’s queen sized bedroom and bath with balcony overlooking the back garden and views of the city.

On the first floor of the main house there is a full kitchen with dishwasher and stove, frig, coffeemaker, icemaker – everything needed to make meal preparation easy and convenient. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining room which seats 8 people. Comfortable chairs and two sofas flank the fireplace in the living room – and the view from the dining and living room is the glass wall of small paned French doors looking into the lovely landscaped garden. There is a glass topped table and 4 chairs for al fresco lunches.

A stairway off the dining room leads to the second floor where there is a spacious sitting room/office with convertible sofa. Two bedrooms are on this floor, one a king sized bedroom with full bath and fireplace, and the second a queen sized bedroom and bath. Both bedrooms have fireplaces and cable tv plus private balconies with lovely views of the city.

The third floor has a large master bedroom with ceiling fan, king sized bed, cable tv and panoramic views of San Miguel. A sitting room with computer access and another convertible sofa is also on this floor, as is a laundry room with washer and dryer. In addition there is a large view terrace with comfortable seating for lounging and dining.

The rooftop terrace with umbrella table and chairs has sweeping, panoramic views of the city and the distant blue hills. A perfect spot to gather for sunset watching.

Casa Rosal offers luxuriously spacious living, both indoors and outdoors, with many extras. A perfect spot for family/friends to gather, yet plenty of spaces and tucked away spots for privacy when reading and relaxing
