 A short term rental is confirmed once 50% of rental payment has been received.  The balance of rental payment is due 60 days before arrival.  Longer term rentals (6 months or more) require 2 months rent payment before confirmation.


If sufficient advance notice of cancellation is received prior to the dates of the confirmed rental and the rental is re-booked for those dates, a full refund of payments made will be made, less a $100 administrative fee.  If cancellation of a rental occurs in less than 60 days prior to arrival, no refunds can be made.

Please note:  Rental Policies on specific properties booked for special events, such as weddings, reunions, workshops, are subject to change.  If the specific property has cancellation policies that differ from our general policy, this will be fully explained prior to payment for the reservation.
